Three disciplines, one plan.

Rarely does one thing fix a problem on its own. We combine hands-on chiropractic, sports massage therapy and movement — in the order your body needs them.

01 — Chiropractic adjustment

Precise hands, restored movement.

An adjustment is a controlled, specific movement applied to a joint that is not moving as it should. Done well, it is quick, comfortable and surprisingly gentle — and it often brings immediate relief in the surrounding muscles.

We use a range of techniques, from traditional manual adjusting to lighter, instrument-assisted and mobilisation-based approaches. If you would rather avoid the familiar clicking sound, say so — there is almost always another way to achieve the same result.

  • — Specific spinal and peripheral joint adjusting
  • — Low-force and instrument-assisted options
  • — Joint mobilisation for those who prefer it
  • — Care adapted for older clients and during pregnancy

02 — Sports massage therapy

Releasing what holds it there.

Joints rarely stiffen in isolation. Muscle and fascia tighten around a problem to protect it, and left alone that protection becomes the problem. Sports massage therapy releases it so that adjustments hold for longer.

Sessions can be booked alongside chiropractic care or entirely on their own — many clients come purely for the deep tissue and sports massage, particularly around training blocks and events.

  • — Deep tissue and sports massage
  • — Trigger point therapy
  • — Myofascial release

03 — Rehabilitation

Making the results stay.

The difference between feeling better for a fortnight and feeling better for good is usually what happens between appointments. We prescribe movement that takes minutes, not hours — because the plan you actually do is the one that works.

You will leave with your exercises written down and demonstrated, and we will progress them as you get stronger rather than handing you the same sheet forever.

  • — Personalised exercise prescription
  • — Strength and mobility progressions
  • — Posture and workstation advice
  • — Return-to-sport guidance

This page describes the care we offer; it is not medical advice and is not a promise of a particular outcome. Your chiropractor will discuss what is realistic for your individual case at your consultation.

How it fits together

A typical arc of care.

Every plan differs, but most follow roughly this shape. We reassess at each stage rather than working to a fixed script.

Stage 01Relief

Settling the pain and restoring enough movement to let you sleep, work and function. Usually the most frequent phase, and the shortest.

Stage 02Correction

Addressing the mechanics that caused the problem — the stiff segment, the weak hip, the habit at your desk. Visits space out as things hold.

Stage 03Resilience

Strength and movement work so the improvement survives real life. For many people, care ends here entirely.

OptionalMaintenance

Some clients choose occasional check-ins, in the way they would a dentist. Entirely optional, never assumed, and always your decision.
